1. 同意

「まいにちタイ語」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくことで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリのご利用をお控えください。

2. サービスの内容

本アプリは、Google Gemini AIを使用してタイ語の例文・単語分解・発音を生成するタイ語学習アプリです。以下のプランを提供します。

  • 無料プラン：1日最大2回の例文生成・1回のクイズ生成（0時にリセット）
  • Premiumプラン：1日最大5回の例文・クイズ生成（0時にリセット）・全機能利用可能

3. アカウント

  • 本アプリのご利用には、Google アカウントまたは Apple ID によるサインインが必要です。
  • アカウント情報の管理はお客様の責任において行ってください。
  • 設定画面からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。削除後、サーバー上のデータはすべて消去されます。

4. サブスクリプションと支払い

  • Premiumプランは月額のサブスクリプション制です。
  • 料金はApp Store経由で請求されます。
  • サブスクリプションは期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動更新されます。
  • キャンセルはApp Storeのサブスクリプション管理画面から行えます。
  • 購入済み期間中のキャンセルによる日割り返金は原則行いません（App Storeのポリシーに従います）。

5. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します。

  • 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・改変・再配布
  • 本アプリを通じた違法コンテンツの生成・共有
  • サービスへの不正アクセスや過度な負荷をかける行為
  • 他のユーザーや第三者への迷惑行為

6. 知的財産権

本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（デザイン・ロゴ・UIを含む）の知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。生成されたタイ語例文はお客様の学習目的での利用に限定されます。

7. 免責事項

  • 本アプリはAI生成コンテンツを提供します。コンテンツの正確性を保証するものではありません。
  • サービスの中断・停止・変更について、事前予告なく行う場合があります。
  • 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、法令上の責任を負う場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

8. サービスの変更・終了

開発者は予告なくサービスの内容を変更、または提供を終了する場合があります。サービス終了時には、可能な範囲で事前にアプリ内または本サイトでお知らせします。

9. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ起動時またはこのページでお知らせします。変更後に本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

10. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争については、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

By using "まいにちタイ語" (Mainichi Thai Language, the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

The App is a Thai language learning application that uses Google Gemini AI to generate Thai sentences, word breakdowns, and pronunciation. We offer the following plans:

  • Free Plan: Up to 1 sentence/quiz generation per day (resets at midnight JST)
  • Premium Plan: Up to 5 sentence/quiz generations per day (resets at midnight JST), full feature access

3. Account

  • Using the App requires sign-in with a Google account or Apple ID.
  • You are responsible for managing your account credentials.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. All server-side data will be erased upon deletion.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • The Premium Plan is a monthly subscription.
  • Charges are billed through the App Store.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can cancel via the App Store subscription management screen.
  • Refunds for partial periods are generally not provided, subject to App Store policies.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited:

  • Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the App
  • Generating or sharing illegal content through the App
  • Unauthorized access or excessive load on the service
  • Harassment of other users or third parties

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including design, logo, and UI) belong to the developer. Generated Thai content is for your personal learning use only.

7. Disclaimer

  • The App provides AI-generated content. We do not guarantee accuracy.
  • Service interruptions, changes, or terminations may occur without prior notice.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, except as required by law.

8. Changes & Termination

We may modify or discontinue the service without notice. In the event of termination, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the App or this page in advance.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated at app launch or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the developer's jurisdiction.
