1. はじめに
「まいにちタイ語」（以下「本アプリ」）は、タイ語学習を支援するアプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリが収集・利用する情報について説明します。
2. 収集する情報
アカウント情報
Google アカウントまたは Apple ID によるサインイン時に、氏名・メールアドレスおよびユーザー識別子（UID）を取得します。
学習データ
- 生成されたタイ語例文・単語分解・発音データ（端末内およびサーバー上に保存）
- クイズの解答履歴・成績（端末内に保存）
- 学習継続記録（ストリーク）（端末内に保存）
- 学習の進み具合を表す推定語彙数などの指標（サーバー上に保存）
通知に関する情報
毎日の例文をプッシュ通知でお届けするため、通知を有効にした場合に以下を取得・保存します。
- プッシュ通知の送信先を識別するデバイストークン（Firebase Cloud Messaging）
- 端末のタイムゾーン（IANA形式。例：Asia/Tokyo）
- お客様が設定した配信希望時刻・例文のテーマ設定
- 通知に対する反応の記録（通知後にアプリを開いたか、例文を読み進めたか、および直近の通知日時）
使用状況データ
- アプリの利用状況（Firebase Analytics）
- 購入履歴（サブスクリプション検証のため）
3. 情報の使用目的

通知が続けて読まれない場合、配信の間隔を自動的に広げ、それでも反応がない場合は配信を停止します。この判定は上記の反応記録のみを用い、広告配信や第三者への提供には利用しません。
4. データの保存場所
- 端末内：学習データ（SQLite）・認証トークン（暗号化ストレージ）
- Firebase（Google LLC）：アカウント認証情報・クラウド処理・生成された例文・学習の進み具合の指標・通知に関する情報（デバイストークン、タイムゾーン、配信設定、反応の記録）
- Google AI：例文生成リクエスト（処理後は保持されません）
サーバー上のデータは日本（asia-northeast1）のリージョンに保存されます。
5. 第三者へのデータ共有
本アプリは以下のサービスにデータを送信します。個人データの販売は行いません。

6. データのセキュリティ
- 認証トークンは端末の暗号化ストレージ（Flutter Secure Storage）に保存します。
- Firebase との通信はすべて HTTPS で暗号化されます。
7. ユーザーの権利
- データの確認・削除：設定画面からアカウントを削除できます。削除時にはサーバー上のデータもすべて消去されます。
- 通知の停止：アプリの「設定」画面、または端末の設定からいつでも通知を無効にできます。無効にすると、サーバー上のデバイストークンは削除され、以後の配信は行われません。
8. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としておらず、意図的に13歳未満の個人情報を収集しません。
9. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合、アプリ内またはこのページで通知します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ起動時にお知らせします。

"まいにちタイ語" (Mainichi Thai Language) is a Thai language learning app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign in with Google or Apple ID, we collect your name, email address, and user identifier (UID).
Learning Data
- Generated Thai sentences, word breakdowns, and pronunciation data (stored on your device and on our servers)
- Quiz answers and results (stored on your device)
- Learning streak records (stored on your device)
- Learning progress metrics such as estimated vocabulary size (stored on our servers)
Notification Information
If you enable notifications, we collect and store the following in order to deliver your daily sentence by push notification.
- A device token identifying the notification destination (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
- Your device's time zone (IANA format, e.g. Asia/Tokyo)
- Your preferred delivery time and sentence topic setting
- Records of how you respond to notifications (whether you opened the app or continued reading sentences after a notification, and the time of the most recent notification)
Usage Data
- App usage statistics (Firebase Analytics)
- Purchase history (for subscription verification)
3. How We Use Your Information

If notifications go unread, we automatically widen the delivery interval and eventually stop sending them. This decision uses only the response records described above, and is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.
4. Data Storage
- On device: Learning data (SQLite) & auth tokens (encrypted storage)
- Firebase (Google LLC): Account credentials, cloud processing, generated sentences, learning progress metrics, and notification information (device token, time zone, delivery settings, response records)
- Google AI: Sentence generation requests (not retained after processing)
Server-side data is stored in the Japan region (asia-northeast1).
5. Data Sharing
We send data to the following services. We do not sell personal data.

6. Data Security
- Auth tokens are stored in encrypted storage (Flutter Secure Storage) on your device.
- All Firebase communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
7. Your Rights
- Access & Deletion: You can delete your account from the Settings screen. All server-side data will be erased upon deletion.
- Notifications: Disable notifications anytime from the app's Settings screen or your device settings. Once disabled, your device token is deleted from our servers and no further notifications are sent.
8. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of changes via the app or this page. Significant changes will be announced at app launch.
